Gyalyum Chenmo Memorial (GCM) Gold Cup
The most prestigious annual football tournament in the Tibetan exile community. Established in 1981, it honors the memory of Diki Tsering (1901–1981), the mother of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Known as "Gyalyum Chenmo" — The Great Mother — she is remembered for her compassion and service to the Tibetan refugee community, including caring for orphaned children through community nurseries.
